Nollan.se is a Swedish daily dashboard: the time, the weather where you are, the name day, the week number, sunrise and sunset, and how many days are left until payday. One page, no account, no clutter.
Emil Fernström, a private individual in Sweden. Nollan.se is not a company and not a content farm. It is one person's project, and I answer the email myself.
Everything you read on the site, including the guides in the knowledge base, is written for Nollan.se rather than gathered from elsewhere. Where a figure comes from someone else's measurements, the source is named on this page and on the page that uses it.
The everyday questions are small and constant. What week is it? Whose name day is it? Has the sun set yet? When does the money arrive? Each one has an answer somewhere on the internet, usually buried under a cookie banner, three ad blocks and a newsletter popup.
Nollan collects those answers on a single screen that loads in well under a second and works offline once you have opened it. It started as a page for my own use, on my own phone, and grew because other people wanted the same thing.
Nollan does not measure anything itself. Every figure is fetched from a named source, and this is the complete list:

Four things on the site are calculated rather than fetched, and each one is documented so you can check the reasoning:
Nollan runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no visitor tracking, no profile of you anywhere. Your city, your theme, your saved settings and your pet in Sällskap live in your own browser's local storage and are never sent to the server. The one counter that exists is a single integer that increases when the app is opened from a home screen.

The dashboard, the knowledge base and the tool pages are free. Two things cost money: Nollan Premium, which unlocks detailed weather, electricity price graphs, the aurora forecast and an ad-free site, and Adopt a day, where you put your own greeting on a calendar date. Both are optional, and nothing about the free site is degraded to sell them.
If a figure looks wrong, it may well be. Forecast data arrives from third parties and the calculations are mine, so both can fail. Tell me what you saw and on which page and I will fix it or explain it, usually the same week.
